Our Policies


Shipping/Delivery: Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of placement. Standard UPS ground service will be used unless otherwise stated. If, for some reason, there is a delay in shipping, one of our representatives will contact the individual. Because we use another party for delivery, we are not responsible for any delayed delivery out of our circumstances.

Refund/Return Policy: We will refund or replace your product if the product is damaged. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if abuse of the product is evident or certain circumstances arise that are beyond our control.

Privacy Policy: Route66 Coffees does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies. Route66 Coffees does retain your order records in our web database in order to enhance customer relations.
